This refreshes docs, as discussed in #719, and adds a few new sections
to the docs.

This removes the requirement that a fetch or install command must
explicitly state the version number to install. Instead, this goes to
the strategy used by OS package managers: Install the latest until told
to do otherwise.

Closes #1198

This includes documentation on how to use Helm and Tiller canary
releases.

Added glossary to the index on README as well.

someone looking at this project is interested in getting started not
hacking directly.

The history is helpful for people who have never heard of helm but I
don't think it is super relevant for most users.

using the new shiny distro of helm and tiller

The README reflected an earlier stage of project development. This
update gives more useful "Why Helm?" documentation at the top, and
updates several of the instructions to be more reflective of current
status.

The command is `make bootstrap build` not `make boostrap build`.

* Fixing the make target in the readme (misspelling)
* Adding link to Glide.

Also add an example.

This strips the README back to an accurate representation of the current
state of the project. We can begin adding to it again as it
re-stabilizes.
